Who Are We?
United Kingdom Bengali Convention (UKBC) is a non-profit charity registered in the UK, with a view to organise the largest convention for the Bengali diaspora based in the UK.

UKBC has had support from up to 60 organisations in the UK with a view to celebrate this unique annual festival. Every year UKBC is hosted in a different city in the United Kingdom.
Our Aim
1. To Promote diverse and inclusive communities by increasing public awareness about Bengali arts & culture.
2. To promote racial harmony by building positive relastions between people from different ethnicities through cultural exchange.
3. To vombat loneliness and isolation amongst the elderly Bengali-speaking population in the community, irrespective of religion. They are often excluded from community events because they have limited mobility and restricted access to information through social media. This would be done by relaying relevant information to the elderly through suitable means and by arranging transportation to and from recreational events related to Bengali arts and culture.
